Is this a Mastermind?

Is this like a mastermind? Yes, it totally is. Basically, a structured support process guided by an expert allowing leaders to break through challenges faced in their training business. It’s like accelerated learning combined with moving through the game levels way faster with an advisor team.

This style of group coaching goes all the way back to Benjamin Franklin, who formed small peer groups to exchange ideas and improve faster together. We’re using that same simple idea today — combining expert guidance with peer accountability.

Inside each session, members share real wins, real struggles, and practical ideas they can use right away in their education business. We talk strategy, marketing, tools, books, podcasts, habits, and happy life balance stuff.

How Does It Work?

Once you apply, get in, and pay, here is the format for a typical live mentorship guild session:

1) Wins & Challenges

First, we’ll go around the room and collect and share recent wins and challenges from the team. This includes sharing dos and don’t do lessons with everyone.

2) Discussion Topics

Then, we’ll go around the room and hear updates or dig into one deep topic that is challenging this leader. We’ll then help the leader get unblocked and moving forward.

3) Habits & Admin

Finally, we’ll cover a foundational habit for winning CEOs and discuss implementation. We’ll also handle any housekeeping administration items like calendar changes.

What’s our Vibe?

This group feels like your fav group meetup at the coffee shop — the kind where everyone shows up excited to share what they’re building, swap ideas, and genuinely want each other to win. Members are creative leaders who take their work seriously but are also cool peeps. Think seasoned experts, coaches, and creatives who are leveling up their businesses while staying kind, curious, and collaborative.

We run our business and services using our C.O.R.E. values – which is about being Careful, Open-minded, Reliable, and Ethical. So conversations go deep, feedback is thoughtful and constructive, and generosity beats ego every time. We often give more than we take. If you love the idea of a supportive guild that shows up consistently, shares honestly, and helps each other move forward, you’ll fit right in.
