Once an order is placed, we will talk over email and/or Zoom as well as use a private questionnaire to collect course info. Depending on your platform and plan, we may recommend using a separate limited helper role that does not have full administrator rights.

Of course, you can cancel at any time. You can log in and cancel, send an email, or submit a ticket.

The different plans support a maximum number of student questions per day. Standard is up to 5 per day, Premium is up to 10, and Ultimate includes up to 25. If we don’t get to a question because of capacity or holiday, we will address the question on the next business day.

Students may get the fastest responses when the platform uses email alerts for notifications. We aim to provide typical student support within 24 hours. Some weekends and holidays may take as long as 48 hours.
