We’ll use Calendly and email to figure out our first meeting.  At that first meeting, we will work out a custom schedule that works for both of us.  This includes figuring out the days of the week, time to meet, time zones, duration, and recurring frequency. We may also set up a calendar reminder to provide reminders, block out time, and make it easy to reschedule/cancel sessions.

We’ll use zoom and I prefer video, but I’m ok without video if you prefer. If Internet is an issue we can turn off video for the session. I also like to screenshare with audio. We can also use phone communications if we have internet problems or the situation requires it.  Some plans may also include real-time messaging on Slack or Discord, or using email with next day support.

Some plans include additional converstaions via messaging and email. For messaging, we can use Slack, Discord, or Teams. Think of messaging as a chat room. When scheduled we can chat in real-time or other times we can chat as time allows (asynchronously). We can also use email to discuss specific topics. In some cases, we may use Loom to provide more detailed responses or visuals to chats or email.

Our senior expert will be at all coaching sessions. Additional team members will help prepare, research, analyze, and support coaching sessions. Experts have extensive career and education credentials in addition to researching industry best practices, writing blog articles, creating YouTube/Podcast lessons, and helping clients with courses, communities, and websites.
